A fantastic escape from a rear naked choke

A rear-naked choke is a very effective submission technique in MMA, BJJ, and submission grappling.

It’s a very powerful and effective technique that is extremely difficult to escape from once your opponent has it locked on.

Most escape techniques rely on attacking the opponent’s arms and/or getting your chin down to your chest before the choke has really sunk in.

In the above video, Sensei Ibush Kabashi demonstrates an awesomely effective foot lock and leg pressure point technique which causes the attacker so much pain that he instantly release the choke.
