MMA training for ages 7–15

Three classes every week

Children and instructors at MMA North London

Children aged seven to fifteen train every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:15pm to 7:15pm at Priory Grove Scout Hut in Barnet.

  • One-hour supervised evening classes
  • Train all three days for £5 weekly
  • Girls and boys are equally welcome

Simple clothing to begin

Wear a T-shirt with knee-length shorts or comfortable training bottoms. Remove or tape jewellery, tie back long hair and bring water.

  • No specialist uniform is required
  • Comfortable lightweight clothing works well
