training system.
Adult sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Kids classes run on the same evenings from 6:15pm to 7:15pm.
Classes combine boxing and Muay Thai-style striking with Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, wrestling and practical self-defence. Complete beginners start with stance, movement and controlled partner drills before progressing at a suitable pace.

Are complete beginners welcome?+
Yes. Your first session is adapted to your ability, and hard sparring is not part of a beginner’s introduction.
